Job Title: Experienced Dog Groomer
Description: Dog Grooming Stylist - Part Time (with the option for overtime)
Location: DogzBody Spa, Walkden, Manchester.
We are looking for a new member to join our small friendly team.
We have a 16 hour contract available for a new groomer. Previous grooming experience is required.
An ideal candidate will be flexible to cover holidays, and extra hours during busy periods.
You will be reporting to the Salon Manager.
Your role:
- You will be responsible for all aspects of pet grooming and you will deliver the very highest standard of pet grooming.
- You will exceed our customers’ expectations by delivering exceptional service within the salon.
- Your excellent communication skills will be fully utilised as you will be dealing with customers and their pets on a daily basis.
- You will assist other stylists by prepping for them if required.
- You will work 2 days (16 hours) per week and receive over-time opportunities as they occur.
- We are an award-winning, double-coat specialist groomers so experience of working with these breeds is essential.
About you:
- It is essential that you are able to complete a groom from start to finish on the majority of breeds to the highest of standards.
- Having a grooming related qualification would be beneficial.
- You will have great communication with people, have a real passion for animals as well as being a great team player.

Job Type: Part-time
Portfolio welcome but not essential
Part-time hours initially: 16 hours per week
Sunday 9am - 5.30pm and Thursday 11.30am - 7pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16.0 per week
