Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Car Park Attendant to manage vehicle flow and ensure smooth operations within our parking facilities in Zip World Betws-y-Coed. This role involves overseeing parking areas, assisting drivers, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills.
What will you be doing
As a Car Park Attendant, you will be responsible for guiding cars to ensure efficient parking and emergency exits are kept clear as well as keeping the car park clean. As the first staff member customers will meet, you will need to be able to give them a warm welcome and help guide them to the entrance.
What you’ll need
- A ‘customer first’ attitude, with drive and enthusiasm to achieve extraordinary customer experience.
- Safety conscious, with a professional outlook.
- Confident with giving directions and speaking to the public.
- Must like working outdoors and be happy to be exposed to all weather conditions.
- To be able to commute – which may mean having your own transport as some ofour sites are remote without public transport links.
Duties
- Direct vehicles to designated parking spaces efficiently and safely
- Assist drivers with parking procedures and provide guidance as needed
- Monitor the parking area to ensure safety and security for all users
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the car park area
- Communicate effectively with drivers, colleagues, and management to coordinate activities
- Support delivery drivers by facilitating loading, unloading, and vehicle positioning when applicable

Application Process
Interviews to be held – all successful applications will be invited to attend an interview on Thursday, 25th of June.
Training & inductions – if you are successful, you will be invited to attend the Company Induction on Thursday, 2nd of July. We will teach you everything you need to start your journey as an Car Park Attendent.
