Nupsala is a growing veterinary healthcare company specialising in musculoskeletal health products and services for veterinary practices across the UK and Europe.
We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Services & Sales Support Assistant to join our team in Melton Mowbray.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, has strong administrative skills and would like to develop their career within a growing business. Previous veterinary experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
What you'll be doing
- Taking customer calls and responding to email enquiries.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Providing stock availability and delivery information.
- Supporting customers with queries and resolving issues.
- Preparing quotations and following up opportunities.
- Supporting sales campaigns and customer account activity.
- Maintaining customer records and information within our systems.
- Working closely with our warehouse, procurement and sales teams.
Pay: £26,400.00-£30,000.00 per year
