We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing administrative functions, supporting team management, and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and organisation
- Manage and support team management activities, including scheduling and performance tracking
- Handle human resources functions such as onboarding, record keeping, and employee correspondence
- Utilise QuickBooks for financial record keeping, invoicing, and expense management
- Supervise clerical staff and coordinate office support activities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to office procedures and personnel
- Provide exceptional communication via phone, email, and in person to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required
- Ensure high standards of phone etiquette are maintained at all times
- Support organisational projects and initiatives as needed
Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role with supervisory responsibilities
- Demonstrable experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong background in human resources management and team supervision
- Extensive clerical and administrative experience within an office environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Organisational skills that enable multitasking and prioritisation of tasks efficiently
- Experience in managing office procedures, documentation, and record keeping
