Role Overview
The Specification Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and executing the company's specification strategy across the UK. This role focuses on driving specification adoption, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the company's products and solutions are positioned at the forefront of major projects and industry decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive specification strategy aligned with the company's commercial objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with housing associations, local authorities, architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and regulatory bodies.

Identify major project opportunities and ensure early engagement to secure product specification.

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and market relevance.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and professional associations.

Qualifications & Experience
