Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Engineer to support the transition from product development into full-scale manufacturing. The successful candidate will take responsibility for production processes, manufacturing documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production processes and procedures.
- Support the management and optimisation of Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Assist with production planning and capacity management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure manufacturing documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support quality assurance and production readiness activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to establish efficient workflows.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, "get the job done" attitude.
