Bathroom Installation Labourer / Delivery Driver / Warehouse Operative
Full-Time Position | June 2026 Start
Baytree Bathrooms is looking for a reliable, hardworking and friendly individual to join our growing team in a varied full-time role combining bathroom installation support, warehouse operations and delivery driving.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and has an interest in home improvement, plumbing or DIY.
Key Responsibilities
· Assisting our bathroom installation team with general labouring duties on projects
· Removing and disposing of waste materials from old bathroom installations
· Supporting the installation and maintenance of showroom displays
· Receiving and checking deliveries into the warehouse
· Safely wrapping and preparing customer orders for collection and delivery
· Reporting and managing damaged or faulty goods
· Loading, unloading and moving large, fragile bathroom products safely and carefully
· Delivering bathroom products to residential, commercial and building sites across East Anglia and occasionally throughout the UK
· Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse, storage areas and delivery vehicles
· Supporting the general upkeep of the showroom, including disposal of waste and cardboard
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
· Friendly, approachable and professional
· Comfortable working in customers’ homes and interacting with the public
· Reliable, punctual and able to work independently as well as part of a team
· Physically fit and capable of safely lifting heavy items
· Interested in carpentry, plumbing, DIY or home improvements
· Smart in appearance with good communication skills
· Practical and confident using power and hand tools
Essential Requirements
· Must be aged 25 or over for vehicle insurance purposes
· Full clean UK driving licence
· Previous experience in deliveries, warehouse work or similar practical roles preferred
· Familiarity with power/hand tools and general maintenance work desirable
Salary
Competitive salary offered, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Monday to Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm
