Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Enhancer to join our team. As a Project Enhancer, you will be responsible for supporting project management activities, coordinating tasks, and ensuring successful project delivery. This is a challenging role that requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and timelines
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of project tasks and deliverables
- Utilise project management software, such as Jira, Basecamp, or Project Server, to manage project documentation and communication
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making
- Support product development initiatives by providing input and feedback
- Assist in team management activities, including scheduling meetings and coordinating resources
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and documentation
Skills:
- Proficient in using project management software, such as Jira, Basecamp, or Project Server
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of SAS or similar data analysis software is desirable
- Familiarity with Workday or other HR management systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
