Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and hallways using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organising linens and clothing items efficiently.
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs promptly.
- Assist with light care support tasks such as lounge monitoring and providing drinks through the night.
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members to address cleaning schedules or special requests with professionalism.
- Follow health and safety guidelines rigorously to ensure a hygienic environment for all occupants.
- Support management in organising daily operations and contribute ideas for improving cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, cleaning services, or related roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with residents and team members, as well as completing documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude towards residents and visitors.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £15,420.00-£21,149.00 per year
