Be the difference behind safer, healthier homes for our customers.
At Abri, we’re all about creating safe, warm, and healthy homes for our customers - and we need brilliant people to help us make it happen.
We’re looking for a Healthy Homes Contractor Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at pace, building strong relationships, and making a real difference to customers’ lives.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in keeping our Healthy Homes service running smoothly, supporting contractor work to stay on track and ensuring damp and mould remedial works are delivered in line with Awaab’s Law.
Day to day, you’ll monitor work in progress, spot risks or delays early, and work closely with contractors to keep things moving and completed on time.
You’ll be a vital link between our Senior Operations Manager, contractors, colleagues and customers - making sure communication is clear, coordinated and focused on doing the right thing for our customers.
Where challenges arise, you’ll help resolve issues quickly, driving better performance and helping us deliver safe, healthy homes and a great customer experience.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely cares about doing the right thing for customers.
Experience in housing or maintenance is helpful, but not essential - we’re more interested in your attitude and ability to make things happen.
If you’re someone who takes pride in delivering a great customer experience, enjoys building strong relationships, and wants to play a part in improving the quality of people’s homes, we’d love to hear from you.
We review applications as they come in and may close the advert early if we receive a high volume - so don’t miss out, apply today.
