Skillfinder International is recruiting for an experienced SimCorp Performance Principal / Senior Consultant to lead the delivery of a Performance standard solution build as part of a major investment management transformation programme.
This role is suited to a senior SimCorp consultant with strong stakeholder management skills and extensive experience across Performance Management, investment analytics and SimCorp Dimension.
- Lead the design and delivery of a SimCorp Performance standard solution.
- Configure and optimise SimCorp Dimension Performance Management capabilities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Provide functional expertise and best practice guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support solution design, configuration, testing and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on SimCorp Performance solutions.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension.
- Strong expertise in Performance Management within SimCorp.
- Experience with investment analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of index replication methodologies and performance measurement.
- Proven experience leading SimCorp implementation or transformation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within asset management, investment management or financial services environments.
