Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated, professional, and client-focused Beauty Therapist to join our growing clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about beauty, aesthetics, skincare, and delivering high-quality client care. We are looking for a therapist who can confidently carry out beauty and skincare treatments, support the daily running of the clinic, and help create a professional and welcoming experience for every client.
What We Offer
You will receive a salary of £1,200 per month, plus the opportunity to earn additional income through commission:
20% commission on treatments carried out
5% commission on skincare products sold
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, sales-focused, and passionate about helping clients achieve great results.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out beauty, skincare, and aesthetic-related treatments according to your training and experience.
- Providing professional consultations and recommending suitable treatments based on client needs.
- Delivering excellent client care before, during, and after treatments.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional treatment room at all times.
- Following clinic hygiene, health and safety, and treatment protocols.
- Supporting clients with aftercare advice and product recommendations.
- Promoting skincare products and treatment packages where suitable.
- Helping with reception duties when required, including greeting clients, answering enquiries, taking bookings, and managing client records.
- Supporting the clinic team with day-to-day tasks, daily logs, stock checks, and general clinic organisation.
- Assisting with opening and closing the clinic when required.
- Working as part of a professional team to maintain Skinova Aesthetics’ high standards.
Skills and Requirements
- A beauty therapy qualification or relevant treatment experience.
- A professional, friendly, and confident approach with clients.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A strong interest in skincare, beauty, and aesthetics.
- The ability to recommend treatments and products confidently.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Confident when speaking with clients.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a clinic, salon, spa, or aesthetic environment is preferred, but training may be provided for the right candidate.
