Fraser Home Care is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced female carers who are confident, compassionate, and ready to deliver high‑quality care across a variety of runs throughout the Inverness area.

This is a full-time rotational role working between the hours of 7am-10pm
- Week 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
About the Role
This full‑time position involves working across different client runs, providing person‑centred care that supports dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You’ll be a reliable presence for clients and a supportive point of contact for colleagues, helping maintain the high standards Fraser Home Care is known for.
You’ll receive full training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow your skills while delivering exceptional care in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care across various runs
- Following Fraser Home Care policies, protocols, and best‑practice guidelines
- Providing flexible support during working hours
- Managing day‑to‑day client needs and enquiries
- Supporting colleagues and acting as a positive role model
- Attending induction, in‑house training, and staff meetings
- Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure clients receive the right support
- Updating care plans and completing quality checks as required
Essential Requirements
- Female applicants only (due to genuine occupational requirements for specific client needs)
- Care at home experience — essential
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility to meet workload demands

- SSSC registration required upon successful offer
- Full driving licence and access to your own car with business insurance — essential
