About Us:
Arundel Care Services specialise in supporting adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, autism and other complex needs.
Every individual we work with has a person-centred package of support in place which promotes their independence and encourages participation in a variety of activities based on their abilities, needs and interests.
We are currently looking to recruit a Waking Night Support Worker to join our Supported Living Service in Worthing supporting 5 male tenants sharing their home together.
We are not able to recruit applicants requiring sponsorship at this time, due to being at capacity of our licence. Applicants requiring this need not apply.
Job overview:
As a Waking Night Support Worker you will be assisting those we support with day-to-day living skills, and their personal care needs throughout the night. You will be required to support with some domestic tasks alongside this.
Full training is given, although experience is preferred it is not essential as long as you have a positive attitude and a commitment to making a difference in people’s lives.
