Parts Advisor

Due to continued growth and area expansion, Cowan Bros NI Ltd is looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to join our busy Mullusk depot parts team. As an award-winning Case IH and CASE Construction dealership, we offer excellent working conditions, career progression, and the opportunity to be part of a successful and expanding business.
The Role
You will:
- Assist customers in identifying and supplying the correct parts.
- Process parts enquiries by phone, email and in person.
- Manage stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Process orders using our computer systems.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
- Work closely with the workshop and sales teams to ensure efficient operations.
About You
- Previous parts experience in agriculture, construction or a similar industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of agricultural or construction machinery.
- Mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong customer service, communication and IT skills.
