Duties

- Provide clear, detailed explanations of mortgage products, interest rates, repayment terms, and associated fees
- Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
- Stay updated on current lending regulations, market trends, and product offerings to deliver accurate advice
- Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and other financial professionals to facilitate smooth loan approvals
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, applications, and approvals for compliance purposes
Skills
- Strong knowledge of financial services and mortgage lending processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently
- Proficiency in using Microsoft tools
- Basic math skills for calculating interest rates, payments, and affordability assessments
