Responsibilities
- Operate various types of production machinery and equipment with precision and care
- Assist with assembly tasks, ensuring components are correctly fitted and secured
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform maintenance, adjustments, and repairs on equipment
- Conduct quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to adhere to safety standards
- Support warehouse activities such as loading, unloading, and organising materials as required
- Follow safety protocols diligently to minimise risks within the production environment
Requirements
- Proven experience or familiarity with mechanical systems and equipment operation
- Competence in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Previous experience in assembly work or warehouse operations is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within a busy production setting
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when necessary
