The Angel Inn in Gilling West has recently reopened, and we're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Chef/Cook to join our small, friendly team.
We're looking for someone who can confidently prepare and cook quality pub classics, take pride in their work, and help us maintain high standards in the kitchen.
What we're looking for:
- Experience cooking fresh, traditional pub food
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Confidence completing kitchen paperwork and records
- A team player who can work well within a small team
- Someone who is also comfortable working independently when required
The pub is currently open Tuesday to Sunday, so flexibility to work across these days is essential.
