LABOURER
We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working person to join our growing exterior cleaning team in Telford.
£13/hour starting rate
Career progression:
Trainee Technician — £13/hour
Senior Technician — £14/hour after approx. 2 months
Supervisor — £15/hour after approx. 6 months
Progression based on reliability, performance and competence.
The role:
Roof cleaning & pressure washing
Spraying/softwashing
Outdoor physical work
Equipment setup and maintenance
Working as part of a two-person crew
Full training provided
We’re looking for someone who is:
Reliable and punctual
Hard-working and willing to learn
Good with equipment
Able to work as part of a team
Comfortable working outdoors
Driving licence highly desirable
Based in Telford
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
