Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
- Answer phone calls with professional etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for staff members
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier services
- Maintain organised records of client information, invoices, and other essential documents using QuickBooks or similar software
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping activities
- Support team members with administrative needs to ensure efficient workflow
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative background is preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Clerical experience that showcases attention to detail and reliability
