Middleton Hall has a fantastic opportunity for a Bank Carer to join us.
We’re a friendly community set within 45 acres of stunning grounds and we welcome applications from those who share our values and wish to be part of something special - helping our residents live their lives to the full.
The Opportunity:
- Permanent contract
- Zero hours per week
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota 7am - 2.30pm / 2pm - 9.30pm
- Starting at £13.44 per hour
- Proof of right to work in the UK is a requirement
The Role:
- Promote independence as much as possible - understanding the different types of care needs that may be required, whether this is assistance with personal care, memory loss, communication difficulties or behavioural changes
- Offer daily support and assistance during mealtimes
- Monitor and record resident care using our electronic care planning system personalised for each resident
- Building good working relations with family and friends to ensure our residents remain at the centre of all decisions.
- Flexibility to work across all our care services

We have 5 care services ranging from independent living through to high dependency residential care.
