We’re looking for an organised, hands-on, and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Advanced Plastics. We specialise in precision injection-moulded components for a wide range of industries — delivering quality, reliability, and performance every day.
In this role, you’ll lead and support a small warehouse team to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of materials — from goods in and stock control to order picking, dispatch, and delivery. You’ll play a key part in maintaining stock accuracy, improving warehouse processes, and ensuring all operations run safely and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
- Organising and motivating the Warehouse teams to ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks
- Adhering and contributing to Company KPIs and Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Representing the Company in a professional and positive manner while interacting with third-party customers and suppliers
- Using critical decision making to support Warehouse teams and maximise productivity
- Maintaining a clean, safe working environment and upholding Health & Safety standards
- Promoting a positive team culture aligned with company values
- About you:
Proven experience in logistics or warehouse supervision, ideally within manufacturing
- At least two years experience driving a Reach Truck
- Strong numerical skills and critical decision making
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teamsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail with a focus on health & safety compliance
- Knowledge of MRP systems and Microsoft Suite
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to continuous improvement and fostering a positive workplace culture
