Brightside is the leading and largest specialist organisation in Northumberland, providing a wide range of unique, high quality and educationally focused services to 18-35 year olds across the continuum of additional needs. We are very much community based and spend much of our time outside of the centre, which allows for meaningful interactions and engagement with the community.
As Brightside continues to expand, we are growing our bank of staff who are looking for occasional work to cover staff holidays and sickness. This could be around existing employment, childcare responsibilities or be suited to individuals who are looking for the flexibility of occasional work.
We are seeking professional and personable individuals who are motivated and enthusiastic about working with young people with additional needs. The hours of work available could be 9.30am-3.30pm, 7.30am-9.30am or 7.30am-6pm.
