Salaried GP Job, Crawley, West Sussex – Up To 8 Sessions Available
Soka Partners is partnered with a growing GMS practice serving around 20,000 patients across two contrasting sites. The practice has a diverse multidisciplinary team, including partners, salaried GPs, physician associates, pharmacists and first contact practitioners.

The practice is committed to enabling GPs to focus on delivering high-quality patient care by minimising administrative burden. Advanced digital systems and experienced administrative and clinical support teams manage tasks such as triage, results, correspondence and signposting, allowing GPs to spend more time on clinical work and less on paperwork.
The Practice
- Both practices are located in Crawley, West Sussex.

- GPs can focus primarily on delivering high-quality clinical care, with most paperwork managed by dedicated support staff.
The Role
- Up to 8 sessions a week available, flexible on days
- Manageable workload with 15 minute appointments
- Mixture of face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations
- One on-call day per week
- Admin is limited as they have a highly trained team working in the background to minimise the admin workload
- Limited home visits as we also have a team of Paramedics
- Welcoming applications from both newly qualified and experienced GPs
Package & Benefits
- £10,500-£12,000 per session, per annum, dependent on experience and responsibility

Essential Requirements
- GMC Registered as a General Practitioner
- On the NHS Performers List
- Right to work in the UK
