We are looking for friendly, reliable and professional individuals to join our evening Front of House team at the Kirkwall Hotel.
This is a varied role covering restaurant, bar and general guest service during the evening. Previous hospitality experience is useful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Main Duties
- Welcoming and assisting hotel and restaurant guests
- Taking food and drink orders
- Serving food and beverages
- Running food from the kitchen
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Preparing restaurant and bar areas for service
- Assisting with guest enquiries
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Working closely with the kitchen, reception and wider hotel team
- Supporting the smooth running of evening service
- Delivering friendly, professional and attentive customer service

Previous experience is not essential. A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are more important.
Hours
Primarily evening shifts, including some weekends.
A range of hours may be available, from a couple of evenings per week to more regular part-time hours.

Pay: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
