40hour contract- Four days a week- Flexibility required
x2 days Clinical, 12hour shifts 8am- 8pm & x2 days supernumerary, 8hrs 8am- 4pm on a rota basis with every other weekend availability requited.

About Rowan Unit
Rowan Unit is a facility supporting adults aging between 18- 65 with complex needs including Schizophrenia, Brain injury, enduring mental health conditions and behavioural support requirements.
Your Role
As a Clinical/ Deputy, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining outstanding clinical standards across the home, supporting the Home Manager, support the service with oncall, and providing leadership and guidance to the nursing and care teams to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver compassionate, person-centred care
- Motivate and support individuals to engage in meaningful activities
- Promote dignity, choice, and independence
- Implement care plans and behaviour support strategies
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Uphold accountability through accurate documentation and reflective practice
- Night roles also include light cleaning duties to support the home
