wants to train into implants) to join our forward-thinking clinical team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic clinical environment, enjoys responsibility,
and wants to develop their career in implant dentistry. You’ll work closely with our implant clinicians,
supporting surgical and restorative procedures, and helping deliver exceptional patient care from

What You’ll Do
- Assist clinicians during implant surgeries and restorative procedures
- Prepare and maintain surgical rooms, instruments, and implant equipment
- Ensure strict adherence to cross-infection control and clinical protocols
- Support patients before, during, and after implant treatment, helping them feel calm and
informed
- Take responsibility for implant stock control, ordering, and equipment maintenance
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation
- Support clinicians with digital workflows, scans, and photography where required
- Provide leadership and support to the wider nursing team when needed
- Carry out general dental nursing duties as part of the clinical rota
- Contribute ideas to improve clinical workflows, patient experience, and efficiency
- Support and mentor junior nurses or those training into implants
- Stay up to date with implant techniques, materials, and best practice through ongoing learning
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Dental Implant Nurse OR experienced general dental nurse keen to train in implants
- GDC registered
- Passion for clinical excellence and patient care
- Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills - confident with patients and the clinical team
- Leadership qualities and a positive, team-focused mindset
- Committed to learning, growth, and contributing to the practice
- Comfortable working in a busy, modern, mixed NHS and private practice environment
- Experience in surgical procedures or advanced dentistry (preferred but not essential)
What You’ll Get
- Competitive salary (based on experience and qualifications)
- Implant training and ongoing clinical development (if required)
- Support from experienced implant clinicians and management
- Clear career progression within implant dentistry - opportunity to grow into a senior or lead
nursing role
- A supportive, close-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together
- Work in a modern, forward-thinking dental group that invests in people, not just equipment
