At Liberty Guard, we supply portable welfare accommodation across the UK to construction, utilities, infrastructure and event customers. Behind every successful delivery is a well-organised office team making things happen.
That's where you come in, every quotation, order and contract starts with the Sales Administration Team. You'll be a key part of keeping customers happy and ensuring our operations run smoothly every day.
What You'll Be Doing
✅ Producing quotations and processing customer orders
✅ Converting enquiries into contracts
✅ Speaking with customers by phone and email
✅ Updating customer records and CRM systems
✅ Working closely with our neighbouring departments
✅ Keeping paperwork accurate and up to date
✅ Helping ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience

Bonus Points If You Have
⭐ Experience producing quotations or processing orders
