About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our Front of House team. You will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they leave.

- Confidence in upselling food and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the guest journey.
- Build strong product knowledge to confidently recommend food and drinks.
- Ensure tables and service areas are presented to the highest standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to deliver a seamless service.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards.
- Help drive sales through excellent product knowledge and upselling.
