We’re working with a well-established provider looking for an OFSTED Registered Manager to lead a 2 bed residential home supporting young people aged 8–18. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact while leading a supportive and motivated team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the day-to-day running of a children’s residential home
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment
- Managing and developing your team
- Ensuring full Ofsted compliance and preparing for inspections
- Driving high standards of care and positive outcomes for young people
- Working closely with senior leadership and therapeutic teams
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in children’s residential care (2+ years)
- At least 1 year in a supervisory/management role
- Level 3/4 Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted standards
- A confident leader who can motivate and support a team
- Full UK driving licence
