We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join our friendly and supportive nursery team. About the Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor, observe, and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children at all times.
- Act as a key person, supporting children and their families.
- Promote inclusive practice and celebrate diversity.
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain high standards of care and education.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A warm, caring, and positive approach.
- A genuine passion for helping children learn through play.
