As a Key Account Manager at TradeChoice, you will manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts by building strong relationships, developing account plans, and identifying new opportunities. Working closely with branch and regional teams to deliver outstanding service while tracking activity and pipeline in Salesforce.
Key responsibilities

Build strong customer relationships at all levels

Identify growth opportunities and upcoming projects

Deliver excellent customer service and account support

Develop account plans to increase revenue and loyalty

Track activity and opportunities using Salesforce CRM

Work closely with Branch Managers and Regional teams
Key Skills

Experience in account management or B2B sales

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Commercial mindset with a proactive approach

CRM experience preferred
