About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business PA & Payroll Assistant to join our growing team. This is a varied role that combines executive support, office administration, and payroll assistance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of multiple responsibilities.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support to senior management while assisting with payroll processing and ensuring the smooth running of business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistant Duties
- Manage diaries, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
- Organise travel arrangements and accommodation when required.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
- Screen calls, emails, and enquiries, responding where appropriate.
- Maintain confidential records and business information.
- Assist with project coordination and general administrative tasks.
Payroll Assistant Duties
- Support the preparation and processing of weekly and monthly payrolls.
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data.
- Assist with timesheet collection and verification.
- Liaise with employees regarding payroll queries.
- Support pension administration and statutory payroll requirements.
- Ensure payroll information is processed accurately and on time.
General Administration
- Support office operations and business administration.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Assist with HR administration, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Help improve administrative processes and efficiencies.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, Administrative, or Payroll role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Pay: £29,000.00 per year
