Ottimo is a new independent pizzeria located in the Historic High Street of Stevenage, specialising in traditional Neapolitan pizza and Italian street-food classics. We are a family owned group of small individual restaurants all based locally within the heart of Stevenage High Street. We are looking for an experienced Pizza waiter to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Assist with Preparing Neapolitan-style pizzas to a consistent high standard
- Provide exceptional customer service to both our takeaway and dine in customers.
- Help prepare fresh ingredients daily
- Maintain a clean, organised restaurant
- Follow food hygiene and safety rules
- Work collaboratively with the head chef
Requirements
- Proven experience with restaurant waiting services
- Good customer services techniques
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and reliability
