We are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Worker to join our hotel maintenance team supporting three hotel sites across Rotherham, Doncaster, and Grimsby.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently when required, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across all hotel sites
- Complete general repairs and maintenance tasks to a high standard
- Undertake plumbing, joinery, decorating, and minor electrical work
- Respond quickly and effectively to maintenance issues and emergencies
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety procedures
- Work closely with the existing maintenance team and hotel management
- Maintain a professional and tidy appearance while representing the business
- Assist in keeping guest areas, bedrooms, and back-of-house areas fully operational and well maintained
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role
- Practical experience in:
- Plumbing
- Joinery
- Decorating
- Minor electrical works
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Full UK driving licence preferred due to travel between sites
