Junior Conveyancer (Sales)
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus
Are you currently handling a full caseload but still expected to do everything yourself? Chasing updates, dealing with admin, and trying to keep files moving at the same time?
If you are confident running a sale caseload from instruction through to completion, but want a setup that actually supports you, this could be a strong next move.
This role is built around helping you focus on the legal work, not everything around it.
What this role does differently
You will work in a duo system alongside a qualified Conveyancer, sharing responsibility across a wider caseload. You focus on sales files, while having the structure and support around you to keep everything moving efficiently.
You are not left to manage everything alone.
- Dedicated teams handle onboarding, compliance, client care and completions
- A holiday cover team ensures your files are managed while you are off
- Systems and processes are already in place to keep your workload organised and under control
This means fewer bottlenecks, less firefighting, and more time doing the work you are actually trained to do.
What you will get
- Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
- Bonus scheme linked to performance
- Hybrid working in London with a structured setup or Remote
- Dual screen home working equipment provided
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus your birthday off
- Free parking when in the office
- Ongoing training and development with clear progression routes
What you will be doing
- Managing your own residential conveyancing sales caseload from start to finish
- Handling freehold and leasehold sale transactions
- Working closely with your qualified Conveyancer partner to manage workflow
- Keeping clients and agents updated to ensure smooth progression
- Using case management systems to maintain accurate records and timelines
What you need
- Experience managing a sale caseload from instruction to completion
- Background as a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Conveyancing Paralegal or Case Handler
- Confidence working in a structured, process driven environment
- Strong organisation and communication skills
If you are at the stage where you can run your own files but want a better structure, more support, and a clearer path forward, this role is worth exploring.
