We are recruiting for an exciting Commercial Finance Manager opportunity within a growing business. This highly visible role offers the chance to partner with senior stakeholders across multiple functions, lead key planning processes and provide meaningful financial insight that drives business performance.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning, while also mentoring and developing a Commercial Finance Analyst. Lead the annual budget, forecasting and long-term planning processes.

Manage, coach and develop a Commercial Finance Analyst.

Deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting to support business performance.

Produce robust financial models to support strategic decision making and investment appraisal.

Partner with senior stakeholders across central functions, providing challenge, explaining performance variances and identifying opportunities and risks.

Oversee project accounting, ensuring accurate reporting and providing financial guidance to stakeholders.

Support the Head of Finance with ad hoc commercial and strategic projects.

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.

Proven experience within a commercial finance or business partnering role.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge senior and C-suite leaders.

Excellent relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach.

Strong analytical and financial modelling capability.

Able to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Commercially focused, proactive and solutions-driven.

Previous experience mentoring, coaching or developing junior finance professionals.

Experience within a retail environment would be advantageous but is not essential.

Salary of £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.
