This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced LSA who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in children’s lives and supporting both their personal growth and academic achievement. Based within the Prep School, you will support whole classes, small groups and individual pupils on a 1:1 basis, building positive relationships that help children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning. The role will also include playground supervision duties, helping to ensure our pupils feel safe, happy and supported throughout the school day.
For candidates with the appropriate skills and experience, there may occasionally be opportunities to support teaching within the classroom and lead classes when needed. A Level 3 qualification and experience delivering Read Write Inc would be welcomed, although these are not essential.
