A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bendi/Pivot Steer Forklift Driver to join our Logistics team with earnings of £13.98 per hour (rising to £14.76 after 12 months), inclusive of shift allowance. With an additional attendance bonus accrued at £45 per month (£540 per year), Payable in December.

We are looking for a safety-conscious, reliable, and experienced forklift operator who is confident working within narrow aisle warehouse environments. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring stock is, stored, moved and dispatched efficiently whilst maintaining exceptional standards of safety and accuracy.
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Roles:
- Safely operate a Bendi/Pivot Steer Forklift Truck within a busy warehouse environment.
- Load and unload vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Put away, replenish and move stock within racking locations.
- Pick and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Carry out daily forklift and equipment safety inspections.
- Receive deliveries and undertake quality checks on incoming goods.
- Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Assist with stock counts and inventory control activities.
- Support customer returns processes.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and warehouse safety.
- Work in line with all company health, safety and environmental procedures.
Essential Requirements:
- Valid FLT Licence
- Proven experience operating a Bendi/Pivot Steer Forklift Truck
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Strong health and safety awareness
- Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable Requirements
- Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems.
- Experience handling chemical products within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Scissor lift experience.

Holidays: 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays which will increase after 2 years’ service by one day per year, up to a maximum of 27 days plus bank holidays.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week. Please note this position is for a split shift on alternative weeks. Monday to Thursday 6am-2pm and then 2pm – 10pm. Friday 6am – 12pm and then 12pm – 6pm
