Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team.
This is a customer-focused role at the heart of our business. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, processing orders, promoting our products, and helping to drive sales across our frozen food and ice cream ranges.
The successful candidate will be confident speaking to customers, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be motivated to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Make outbound sales calls to promote products, special offers, and seasonal promotions.
- Process inbound customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Meet individual sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Handle customer enquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain high call quality standards.
- Keep customer records and CRM systems up to date.
- Work closely with the warehouse and transport teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and current promotions.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in telesales, sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role (wholesale, foodservice, or FMCG experience is desirable but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and target-driven attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and computer-based sales software.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
