The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of joinery and finishing works across our luxury lodge builds, ensuring every project meets the high standards that our customers expect from the YourRetreats brand.
Key Responsibilities

Installation and fitting of internal and external doors.

Fitting timber, composite and feature cladding systems.

Installation of windows and external openings.

Roofing installation and associated timber structures.

First fix joinery including stud work, floor structures and roof carcassing.

Second fix joinery including skirting, architraves, ironmongery and finishing details.

Kitchen fitting to a high standard, including appliance integration.

Measuring, fitting and scribing bespoke wardrobes and storage solutions.

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Maintaining exceptional standards of quality, finish and site organisation.

Working independently and as part of a skilled team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Joiner or Carpenter.
Competent in all aspects of first and second fix joinery.
Experienced in fitting kitchens, wardrobes and bespoke furniture.
Ability to scribe and fit to a premium finish.
Experience with doors, windows, cladding and roofing installations.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
Ability to work from drawings and technical information.
Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
