Duties
- Working on venues in garden centres and shopping centres introducing our home improvement services
- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and needs assessment
- Utilise CRM software such as Salesforce to record and manage lead information accurately
- Follow up with leads via phone or email to nurture interest and schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Maintain organised records of interactions and lead status within CRM systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English to engage a diverse client base
- Stay informed about current home improvement trends and company offerings to effectively promote services
Experience
- Prior experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong verbal communication skills in English are required
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
- Experience working in a target-driven environment is beneficial but not mandatory
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
