Business Development Executive - Residential
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + Commission (OTE £50K–£80K+)
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to work closely with residential developers across London, supporting the integration of digital media infrastructure into new-build and regeneration schemes.
This role focuses on engaging developers early in the project lifecycle, positioning digital screens as part of the building’s design, amenity offering and long-term asset value strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with residential developers, development managers and project teams
- Identify opportunities within new-build and pipeline schemes
- Introduce digital screen solutions as part of building design and amenity planning
- Support feasibility discussions including placement, infrastructure and permissions
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery aligned with development timelines
- Develop long-term partnerships across developer portfolios
Candidate Profile
- Experience in residential development, development consultancy, or related sectors
- Understanding of development lifecycle (planning → construction → handover)
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to engage early-stage stakeholders
- Confident working with developers, project managers and consultants
- Proactive and relationship-driven
