Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our growing team in Belfast. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality pest management services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients, ensuring safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections to identify pest infestations and assess treatment requirements.
- Apply appropriate pest control methods and products in line with health and safety regulations.
- Provide advice and recommendations to clients on pest prevention and control measures.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments, inspections, and customer interactions using our reporting software.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Operate and maintain pest control equipment safely and effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- BPCA/RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management or willingness to obtain certification.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
