Enigma Security is seeking a professional, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team as a CCTV Operator within a busy town centre control room. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a new career in a rewarding and varied environment.Previous CCTV experience is not essential. We will provide support with SIA CCTV licence training
The Role
As a CCTV Operator, you will play an important role in helping to maintain the safety and security of the town centre. Working from a dedicated control room, you will monitor CCTV systems, assist local businesses, support emergency services when required, and help ensure a safe environment for members of the public.This is a role that offers variety and responsibility. You may be involved in monitoring incidents, assisting vulnerable individuals, supporting local events, and helping to prevent crime and anti-social behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring town centre CCTV systems and associated security equipment.
- Identifying incidents and reporting them appropriately.
- Liaising with the Police, emergency services, local authorities, and other partner agencies.
- Maintaining accurate records and completing incident reports.
- Responding to requests for assistance and supporting operational activities.
- Contributing to a safe, welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and local businesses.
