Due to continued expansion, we are looking for motivated and confident Telesales / Lead Generation Executives to join our team.
The Role
This is a high-energy outbound sales role focused on generating leads, booking appointments, and creating opportunities for the sales team. You’ll be speaking with business owners and decision-makers daily, building rapport and identifying potential clients.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective businesses
- Generate qualified leads and appointments
- Build relationships with decision-makers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly targets
- Follow up on warm leads and enquiries
- Work closely with the wider sales team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous telesales, lead generation, or call centre experience preferred
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to handle objections and remain resilient
- Basic computer skills and CRM experience beneficial
