We are currently seeking flexible and dedicated Bank Domiciliary Housekeepers to join our Care & Welfare team at RBVE. This role plays a vital part in supporting our residents and veterans to live independently, safely and comfortably within our Supported Living environments.
Working across our sites, including Queen Elizabeth Court (QEC) and Greenwich House (GH), you will deliver high-quality housekeeping services both in communal areas and within residents’ individual flats.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain clean, safe and welcoming communal areas across our Supported Living buildings

Provide a professional and respectful housekeeping service within residents’ individual homes

Support a positive living environment that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing

Work collaboratively with colleagues across care, hospitality, administration and maintenance teams

Contribute to a high standard of service that reflects RBVE’s values and commitment to our residents
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

Reliable, flexible and able to work on a bank (as-needed) basis

Compassionate, respectful and committed to supporting residents’ independence

Able to work both independently and as part of a wider team

Attentive to detail with a strong commitment to cleanliness and presentation

Positive and approachable, with good communication skills
About the Team
You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team made up of care staff, housekeepers, hospitality and wellbeing colleagues, administration and maintenance staff, all working together to deliver exceptional support to our residents.
