Overview
We are looking for a Housekeeping Team Member to join our team here at Sutton Coldfield Hotel. You will be responsible for providing a high standard of cleanliness and service within the Hotel bedrooms, adhering to set time frames and to the required quality and standard.
Your duties will include:
Thorough cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness.
Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines.
Following the correct usage and storage of all chemicals, materials and equipment in accordance with COSHH regulations.
Keeping all corridors clean and tidy and without obstruction.
Reporting any maintenance issues following the correct process, on a day to day basis.
Replenish stock of trolleys and store rooms on a daily basis
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and organisation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
