We are a family run residential home with 40 people to care and support to enjoy their life and remain as independent as possible. We are seeking people who can make a real difference to our home Previous care experience isn't necessary as we support our staff to expand their knowledge and understanding of our resident’s needs.
We support our staff to complete our comprehensive induction process with extended shadow shifts and training opportunities, including the care certificate (if not already completed) ongoing training will be provided, you will have day time shadow shifts, before you start the nights so you get a chance to meet our residents and understand their needs .
We do not have sponcership spaces at this time.
We have expanded the home last september by another 4 rooms , we have expanded our night team, but would like another person to support the team ,our night shifts are waking nights with three members of staff on duty , a twilight shift 5pm to 11pm and an on call Manager.
