We are seeking an organised, efficient and experienced administrator with capacity to manage a high workload and exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to prioritise, plan workflows and be flexible in approach to work. Our support service team encompass finance, operational and people management, I.T, sales/customer experience and governance for the wider Your Leisure organisation.
As Administrator you would provide central support for the team, playing a pivotal role in coordinating finance and people administration, including systems and data management.
Ideally candidates will have the following skills or experience:

Applicants need a positive outlook, relish a challenge, want to help and offer solutions and ideas on how to continuously improve what we do and how we do it.

The role requires excellent communication skills, ability to work as part of a team but also to own initiative. Confident and proficient with IT systems (Microsoft products, including Excel and Outlook, as well as other software systems and cloud based platforms). In addition applicants must relish a challenge, have previous experience of working as part of a team in a busy environment.
This may suit a graduate looking for their first corporate role.
We will ensure a full induction /training plan is in place for the successful applicant.
Applicants will need to flexible in approach to work and car drivers/owners able to commute to Discovery Park.
